Marvin, unless you know for sure it's not the case, I would suspect the
problem is brown out of the electric power. Low voltage will cause the air
conditioned to overload and trip the circuit breaker. If that's the problem,
replacing your workhorse Armstrong with a new air conditioner will not help
matters.
