  You needn't worry. The (so far unsubstantiated) worries about "EM 
Radiation causes brain cancer" is with cellular phones, and that EM 
radiation is at Radio Frequency, not the lower frequencies we're talking 
about here. Also, both the UniVolt and the Inteli-Power converters are 
built in to metal enclosures that block most EM radiation from escaping.
