Hey Todd,

If you want to play it really, really safe and have all the battery power
you'll ever need (95% of the time), install two solar panels on your roof
and that'll settle that hash.

Then, for the 5% of the time when you have all lights ablaze and the fan
going full tilt on a hot summer evening while there are four of you playing
cards at the dinette until 2 in the am, ==  run the battery charger during
that time ONLY. 

But keep in mind - if you'd like us to do this, many of us can easily offer
additional suggestions on how to spend more money to lengthen the effective
lifespan of your Safari's components. Then, both you and the Safari will
truly be in sync.     <grin>
