I have seen several comments about the IntelliPower converter/charger and
where to buy one.  The manufacturer, Progressive Dynamics, offers a
re-manufactured 9140R for $126.00 (with a one year warrantee) and a new
Charge Wizard for $29.95.   There is shipping and tax on units shipping to
