Thanks, Dr. J and others who suggested applying new veneer as an alternative to trying to remove glue from old panels. I'll check it out. White birch veneer instead of ugly, dark, faux-oak vinyl sounds great to me, and a good way to lighten up the interior a bit more. Dan 75 Argosy 26
