My service manual just says length, not name, but it looks like there is
a circuit breaker  25 Amp, right under the front window, probably behind
the couch. That may be for more than just the jack. the jack itself, if
it is original, deosn't show any fuse or breaker, although there might
be an overload button on the motor.

You might also look at the breakaway switch, if it is original, the jack
is wired through it.
