         I agree with Andy- there are two parts under there- a pressure 
reducer and a relief valve- it is the relief valve that is leaking. On both 
of my trailers, I have just capped them off, but any good plumbing supply 
house should have a replacement.
         I do really like the built in pressure regulator- they work much 
better than the cheap hose mount models. I *think* that rebuild kits are 
available for them (they are made by Watts Regulator).
