Time to break out my famous Olympic rivet drawing again. Note that the
rivet is not 5/32" D (0.15625"), but ever so slightly larger. 0.161" D.
Even using a #20 Drill (0.161") it is a very snug fit to push on of these
rivets through. If you try to use a #21 drill (0.159) you will find that
the hole is smaller than the rivet.
