[VAC] Inside Rivet/Panel Sealant

Hello All,
I have finished the removal of the interior walls and all of the insulation 
leaving me with a nice view of the outside panels from the inside. At all of 
the seams and any place a rivet came through the skin, the wall has been 
sprayed with some black sealant type of stuff. Looks sort of like 
undercoating. Can anyone tell me what they really use to seal the panels on 
the inside? I want to reapply before I re-insulate.
