Although CPVC would be harder to work with than the other plastics, I'd
think it'd function and hold up OK. I have CPVC plumbing in my shop,
installed in 1968 and it's just fine. Even the air lines are CPVC, and
I've accidentially had them up to 150 PSI; normal pressure is 100-110
PSI.
