Dave,
 Your truck should pull that trailer OK, but look at all the specs in
your manual to be sure. You might be a lot happier with it as a puller
if you change the axle ratio. It's probably something like a 3.07 or
3.55 now; if it's the former, it'll feel totally gutless. Changing to a
3.73 or 4.10 will make a huge difference.
