Matt Thanks. I was considering this because my daughter will be setting it up and living in it for a t least a year. Yes it will be parked in one place for that time. Just thought maybe the electric will save her the trouble of refilling the LP tanks as often. She will still have to use LP for stove and heat, no way am I changing everything. The lot that she will be at will have a 30 amp outlet. Bobby
