I use CIPA mirrors which are available at CW as well as Campers Choice.  CC
is a little cheaper.

Mine are held on by a clever combination wedge and screw mechanism that is
simple but makes it very unlikely that one would get loose.  Easy to put on
and take off.  I have a '92 Ford F150 with electric mirrors and have never
had a fold-back problem. But then again, my mirrors are pretty hard to fold
back under any circumstances.

I like 'em.

At either CW or CC they are 22 to 25 bucks each.
