[VAC] Black clippy things

On my airstream there are many black clips that hold the door open, hold the
front rock gaurd down (if I had one), they are also used on the inside
cabinet doors to keep the closed.

They are spring loaded and snap back into place if you slide them.

The question is, how do you remove one?  I have several that are broken.  I
can see the mounting screws are under the sliding portion, but I cannot
figure out had to take one off.

ps.  If someone has some close up pictures of how the front rock gaurds are
attached, I would like to see that also.
