I saw this Airstream earlier and corresponded with the owner. As I recall, his idea of the price was around $15,000 -- considerably less than he said he had invested. Maybe it was designed as a park model so the added weight, 30 gal water heater, flush toilet, etc. are not an issue. Jim Greene
