You might have good old freeze expansion of your copper pipes.  That was a 
real problem in my 64 Tradewind and required lots of replacing from the 
sinks all the way to the intake.  If the pipe is oversize in some areas but 
standard in others you have freeze expansion.  I used freeze resistant 
plastic pipe available in Lowes or Home Depot.
