[VAC] Re: Ball Size?

Hitch balls are cheap compared to a tank of gas, a trailer tire,
license, insurance, a frame mounted hitch, or a load equalizing hitch
assembly... Why not TAKE a 2" and a 2-5/16" and see which fits the
trailer. The carry the other for use with other trailers. You'll need a
sturdy wrench (pipe wrenches work better than arc joint pliers) to
install either in the hitch. It costs a little more to have hitch
inserts set up for each. You'll want to have a load equalizing hitch
soon anyway. But the other ball can work for a utility trailer.
