One place to watch out is in Flagstaff, AZ.  While the local store managers
don't care if you park overnight, there is a city ordinance that prohibits
that.  I didn't know that until a news story was aired a couple of days ago.

The reporter said the Police were very diligent in ticketing overnighters in
Flagstaff shopping centers.
