Jim,

Thanks for the info.  I will review the web site you suggested.  I saved it
several months ago when another list member, possibly you, mentioned it on
the list.  Another member also suggested that I remove and burp the refrig
by turning it upside down.  I've got to remove it anyway, it won't cost
anything to turn it upside down overnight then energize the electric heater
in it to see if it cools better.
