[VAC] Re: '84 Airstream Refrigerator Replacement

Harvey,
Remove those plastic plugs and you'll find the screws.

If the fridge has bolts of any kind, you'll be able to get at them
SOMEHOW. If you can't see anything through the outside access panel, you
probably don't have them. The fridge in my Avion just sits on a shelf
that covers an empty compartment that a heat vent runs through. I
disconnected the gas line, removed the 4 screws, and slid the fridge
out. Once it was partway out, I could unplug the electrical connection.
It's not very heavy, the 2 of us could handle it pretty easily.

You might do a bit of investigation and trouble-shooting on your old
fridge before condemning it to the scrap heap. Might be that not much is
wrong with it. Have you looked at http://www.rvmobile.com and their
troubleshooting tips?
