[VAC] '62 Safari

I found an ad for a '62 Safari Airstream that says the body is ok, inside
complete but needs work.

I haven't gotten a chance to see it yet.  I was wondering worst case, can
the appliances be replaced with new?  What would the average costs be for
the fridge, heater, hot water heater, etc...  If they indeed need
replacement.

Anything specific to look watch out for in a '62?
