Charles Willson       hi I am original owner of 64  soverign and ours did not
come with any  connections at the bottom of the drapes.   They were just
standard drapes with smaller than usual pleats so they would hang inside the
cover over the hooks.
I amy have one out in the garage storage area will  look next time I am out
there.
