Harvy, many thanks for your kind consideration. Luckily I can drop straight
from the toilet to the tank.  The distance from the front of the tank up
just behind the back axle is about 3 feet. However maybe I should just
simplify it all and make it like it was in the beginning.
As far as black water tanks go I am amazed at the number of messages to this
list  discussing problems with said tanks! They seem problematic? Thanks
