Gerald,

Considering just the tank outlet your idea makes good sense but the toilet
must be mounted just above the tank (gravity drain) or else you would have
to create a drain line to run inside the frame rails from under the toilet
to the black tank.  I think it would be easier to run a portable hose
outside on the ground from the rear dump connection to the ground fitting in
most instances.
