Roy,

If you are having trouble locating an "Aircraft" remover, I suggest you try
an auto body shop supply store (listed in the yellow pages under auto body
shop equipment and supplies, or auto paint).

The most common aircraft formula is made by Kleen-Strip (Wm. Barr Co., of
Memphis).  These removers have two claims to fame, 1) they won't harm
aluminum and 2) they will even cut catalyzed acrylic and urethane finishes.
Usually they are water wash.  Excellent products.
