We suggest that the list continue kicking around ideas on how to honor Bill
Scott for another couple of days. After this we will take the most popular
ideas and forward them to the VAC officers in order to get them thinking
along the same lines. This way the topic will come up at the next board
meeting.

If a new caravan or rally bearing Bill's name is among the favorites it
would be best to have a VAC member(s) volunteer to plan and run it. A
caravan is a trip with several stops. It usually lasts a week or longer, A
rally has one destination and normally lasts for an extended weekend.

If a rescue/restoration plan is a favorite we would need a very practical
and do-able plan. This option is by far the most ambitious and would be new
territory for the club. The Tin Can Tourists are doing a restoration of a
Futurliner, similar to what is being proposed here. It is working because
they have over a dozen talented people committed to the project. They all
live in the same area,  volunteer their time and expertise on a regular
