    For Those of you who never met Bill. This shot was taken at the 2nd VAC
Northeast Rally in Nov of 99. He will be sadly missed by all who knew him.
My wife Linda and I went to Texas a couple of weeks ago to visit.him and he
seemed to be doing much better. So much so that he decided to make the trip
to rally with us all in Maryland. It was such a shock to get the news.
Bill's wit and knowledge were passed to many in this forum and during the
past 2 years it became our pleasure to know him. Linda and I will most
assuredly miss him.
