With its low center of gravity, the trailer would be hard pressed to roll over.  What is going to happen though, is the trailer is going to want to pull downhill as you back the trailer in.  This can get very frustrating and usually results in a series of wild S-turns. Comical to watch unless it's your trailer or you doing the backing.  Alternative is to back up the hill at a diagonal if possible.
