Metal flange that toilet bolts to is
loose,plastic flange that fits on top of this and goes down into tank is
whats causing problem.If its glued I've got a problem.Floor will have to be cut
out, hard to believe they installed tank then floor then glued flange in
place,although stranger things have happened.If I can remove shroud around tank
from beneath I may have a chance of patching leak. If not,back to drawing
board.Does tank have straight inlet from top with just one flange,mine has
inlet with black hard plastic flange then metal flange under this that bolts to
floor.
