[VAC] 76 excella actually a 76 international...86 excella for $10k?

i went and looked at the 76 this evening which turned out to be an
international and not an excella. It was in very nice condition. It didn't
seem to have any frame tail sag. Seller has lived in for last 8 years and he
cleaned it up nicely. interior is all original. has new 10 gal water heater,
new furnace and air and fridge were demonstrated to work. has leveling jacks
and power hitch jack. needs only to hook up water pump to plumbing (was
demonstrated to work but unhooked because of leak at fitting)
Only problem for me is that it only has the two folding bed/couches and no
real bed.

Will post update tomorrow on seeing the 78

found an 86 excella in the paper for $10k. it looks HUGE (3 axles 4 large
windows along front non-entry side)
again - does anyone have an idea if this is a good deal and what should i be
on the lookout for if i go to see this unit?
