Gary,
While it is entirely possible that the leak originates at the A/C unit, most
likely the water enters through a seam in the aluminum or through the door
openings. Either way, be sure to fix the leak before you start fixing the
floor. Caulk the seams with Vulkem 116, not silicone, and check the
weatherstripping at the doors.

Read through the archives before starting to cut up the floor, several
people have used epoxy resin with very good results.
