Reese, Hensley (very pricey). Probably other hitch makers as well.

They generally take a modified hitch assemble (that slides into the
hitch receiver on the tow vehicle) with an added connection for the sway
bar(s). You need to have a custom hitch assembly made to made the ball
height and tow vehicle height anyway.

I think the Reese is under $100, the Hensley several hundred but the
Hensley is only really needed for big loads.

Do an internet search on Reese Hitch for details of that one.
