Greg, I had a bicycle carrier on the rear bumper of my '73 International. It
was a long piece of "U" chanel that the bike wheels went in with some
uprights to which the bicycles were attached. The channel pivoted on one end
so you could roll the bikes on and it secured on the other end so they
stayed there. Thet were fairly common at the time. That would work if you
could find one.
