or you could take it a step further as far as style and design.
take a Vespa along - an italian scooter that has been in production
since 1946.  a huge part of 20th century design - just like the
Airstream.  they weigh around 175 to 225 pounds depending
on the model. they can go up to 75 mph.  the U.S. stopped
bringing them into the country around 1980 - but as of this
year they are being imported again.  new Vespa boutiques
are being opened around the U.S. as we speak.
these are the scooters that the "mods" were connected
with in Great Britian. there has been a huge resurgence
in popularity over the past few years. check them out.
