Robert,
As others have said, plugging into 50 amps will not
hurt the trailer at all. I would purchase an adapter to allow you to plug into
50 amp service. I have run across campgrounds that only offer 50 and 15 amp
service, and my neighbor was plugged into the only 15 amp available, leaving me
the 50 amp. Forturately this campground had loaner adapters
available.
