[VAC] Questions I should ask?

Hi everyone,
I'm driving down near the Texas border tomorrow to look at a 58-59 Caravanner
that has been in the possession of an older gentleman who has been using it
from time to time. It lives in an RV park that is about 45 minutes or so from
his house in Gainesville.

After being satisfied that all the systems are functional, are there any
specific questions I should ask him about the trailer? In light of the recent
discussion about black tanks and black tank covers, what questions could I
conceivably ask him about the maintenance of all these systems that seem to be
in proper working order?
