I just replaced mine, but my trailer is some 20
years 'newer' than yours. If it is held to the tongue by three bolts, it's a
snap to replace. Just jack up the tongue with a floor or bottle jack, remove the
three bolts, and slip another one in.
Might as well go with the electric jack from
Camping world, now on sale.
