I believe what you are looking for is a myth.  I think
that PM carried an *advertisement* for plans on how to
build a trailer.  You would have better luck
contacting Dr. Norman Holman and asking if you could
make a copy of his plans. 

he displays them with his trailer at the international
rally every year.
