I have a 1960 Overlander with faded nameplates. In
1960 (and late 50's I think) the nameplates are mounted below the front and rear
window. Do any of you know if these are the same plates used in the mid to late
60's above the windows?
I have seen the replica plates at www.airstreamdreams.com and
wonder if they are the same as my originals. I do not pick up my trailer until
spring so measuring is not an option for me.
I have seen and saved past postings on repainting
name plates and will go down that road if replacement is not
possible.
