[VAC] Re: '38 Airstream on eBay - may be authentic

Fred, I stand corrected!
I did not have the benefit of the '37 catalog! My info came from the Vintage
Advantage and talks given on the history of Airstream at International
Rallies. Never once was it suggested that Wally continued making the
masonite trailers after purchasing Bowles. Though, it does make sense,
especially with the scarcity of Aluminum in the following years.
