[VAC] Plywood flooring questions

Title: Plywood flooring questions

Hi everybody.

I've located some marine grade plywood locally (over in
Ft. Worth).  It's $43 a sheet for 1/2" A-B grade fir.  Seems
like a decent price.  I'm replacing most of the sheet
that makes up the bathroom floor in my rear bath unit.
Might end up replacing the whole sheet if I can figure out
a good way to reattach the track for the walls.  I'm
thinking if I drop the holding tanks, and pull the banana
wraps that I'll be able to get to the underneath side of
the floor.  I've already got the lower part of the inside
walls off so I can get to the top of the rails.  Anybody
done it this way before, and have any advice for me?

Also:
The whole rear end is pretty well rotted out, so I can't
seem to identify something --  There is some type of
gasket material between the plywood floor and the
frame rails/supports.  What is this gasket made of?

thanks,
