My '65 GlobeTrotter Travel Twin had a 110vac/12vdc/propane 'fridge; haven't
heard much about them since. I'm in the process of 'gutting' a '49 Clipper
(20'), and just today removed the Marvel 'fridge... 110vac only.
I set it up in the basement, and plugged it in... seems to be working just
fine. The drain tube is precisely that... collects moisture, condensation,
etc and pipes it out. The Marvel has such a tube which ran through a hole in
the Airstream's floor, onto the road... I've got it running into a plastic
bottle, at the moment.
