Art, a listee, wrote back and asked me to check my glasses since his Range
Rover only had a 3.9 litre engine and how in the world did I end up with a
5.4.  I checked my manual and, sure enough, I have a 4.2 litre.  My service
shop has found me a new engine, insurance wreck, they said was a 5.2 litre.
Turns out it's a 4.6 litre (can we get more confused).  However, the max.
torque/horsepower, 200bhp, is at 4850 rpm's.  The rear axle ratio is 3.54:1.
Maximum tow weight is listed at 6500 lbs. (close to a fully outfitted 25'
Safari).  As one other listee mentioned, they didn't have this much torque
in the "old days" and still pulled these things around the world.
