[VAC] Solar Chargers

Does anyone have any experience with solar chargers on RVs?  I was thinking
about putting one on to keep my batteries charged up over the winter and
possibly using where AC power is now available in campgrounds.  Do they work
sufficiently enough to do weekend camping without having to hook up the the
tow vehicle to recharge batteries? Thanks in advance for your help.
