If you use an ST grade tire you have a stronger  built sidewall then you 
have on LT of PA tires.  That is a major feature of the ST tire as a 
trailer apparently puts  more stress on the side to side move.  The 
radial featured   ST is a  fine tire and places no limitations or 
weakness in the tire.
