There should be a drain valve near your water tank  that exits below the
belly pan. Some time insects find a home in the pipe and clog the opening.
Find the exit pipe and take a length of solid wire and ream out the pipe
with the valve open.

My Trade Wind required the same maintenance after sitting for 25 Years.
