I had the same problem with my 1973 Land yacht. What I did was pull the ceiling panel and run a coax cable form the antenna to the TV. I also added a booster from Radio Shack. If I am clsoe to a city, I can always get all the local channels. Olly Larson #5207 99 Durango and 73 Safari
