It is true that 60s AS used lacquor my 65 tradewind had an aqurlic laquor finish I used a stripper to remove it it is much eaiser than trying to wash off with laquor thinner. In a previous life I was at one time a proffessional furniture refinisher we always used paint stripper to remove all finishes . Jim Smith
