Jay,

The plywood deck is only 5/8" thick. So if you can get a Drill with an angle
head and get within 2 inches of the outside skin, you can probably drill
from the bottom up. Don't worry about hitting anything, all the wiring
except the light harness wiring is above the bottom of the floor by at least
8 inches. Besides where you will be running the new wire there is no problem
to drill. Just be aware of the vertical support channel near the
intersection of the curved and straight panel sections. You don't want to
drill up through the middle of that. Keep in mind while pulling in the new
wires that you will be pulling transversely across the 120 volt cable that
feeds your front outlet and the 12 volt cables that feed your water pump and
thermostat. There should also be a feed in there for a 12 volt radio in the
front overhead locker.
