[VAC] ARB fridge/freezer

OK, I've tried to send this thing twice, but the electrons are acting strangely for me today (and I work in computers!) If it's made it before, my apologies for loading up the server and duplicating(basically) posts. BUT I think you'll love this if my 4th weekend test works as well as I hope. This will test the Optima battery/solar panel "generator" too.
